Sakya Care Foundation is excited to announce our 2016 Parahita* Humanitarian Project. Parahita means action for the benefit of others.
With the great success of our 2015 oversea mission trip to India, where thousand of impoverished people of Bodha Gaya received the compassionate care from our dentist and optometrist, we would like to invite you to join us for our 2016 mission trip to Vietnam.
Date: May 27 – June 6, 2016 (Actual clinic dates will be starting from 7am on May 28th to 6pm on Jun 5th. You will be returned to Saigon by 8pm)
Location: Ban Me Thuoc – Daklak – Binh Dinh, Viet Nam
Cost: $700 plus your own round trip ticket to Viet Nam and visa cost. ($600 for early bird if you register and pay before March 1, 2016). Cost inlcudes
-Roundtrip ticket for local travel from Saigon to clinic site
-Room and board for the whole trip ( double occupancy)
-Local transportation from airport, hotel to and from clinic location daily
-Three meals per day
-Cost associated with clinic
-Other logistics
We are looking for all volunteers, medical and non-medical, to assist in various tasks throughout the event. Please look at your busy schedule and sign up to spend a trip with us for a good cause! Looking forward to seeing you in May!
