Covid Vaccination Clinic #1

Sakya Care Foundation is holding a COVID vaccination clinic in affiliation with Harris County at Vien Thong Buddhist Temple in Houston, TX on Friday, April, 16th, 2021. The vaccines are from Moderna.

We have open registration to the public for anyone above 18 years old. Government issued ID is required. Registration will close Thursday April 15th at 1pm CST. For those who receive their first shot at this event, we a contact you to come receive your second shot at this same location.
