Sakya Mobile Clinic is dedicated to provide holistic health care with compassion, understanding and love to those in need. There is a subset of the uninsured population that we are currently serving this year – called Buddhist Monastics. They are spiritual leaders and public servants who have been dedicated their whole life to serve others to find peace and happiness without any monetary compensation. More than 80% of this population are uninsured and do not have access to medical care. We, Sakya Care Foundation, would like to provide them the good health they need through preventative care program of the Sakya Mobile Clinic.
